A name or location entered into a search tool passes to the outside provider operating it. This site does not store those terms in its own records.
Messages
We keep emails or contact submissions as needed to reply. They are not shared beyond the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
Automatic Technical Data

Links lead to the Macon County sheriff and court, ADOC, federal and ICE locators, and third-party tools. Each destination applies its own privacy policy after a visitor leaves this site.

Parties That May Receive Data
We do not sell personal information. Limited data may go to search partners processing a query, analytics providers, advertising networks, or a government or law-enforcement body acting under a valid legal order. Alabama public-record access under Code ยงยง36-12-40 and 36-12-45 does not change this site's practices.

We use reasonable, standard safeguards. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed fully secure or breach-proof.
Visitors Under 18
The site is for adults and does not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. Use the Contacts page to request deletion if a minor submitted information.
